For garments, our MOQ starts from 50 pieces per style and color, with up to two sizes combined within the 50-piece minimum. For stock yarn, orders start from 1 kg. Custom yarn production requires a minimum of 50 kg.
Stock items are typically ready within 5–7 days. Standard bulk orders take approximately 20–30 days, while highly customized orders may require 35–40 days. Lead times may vary depending on order quantity and customization requirements.
Our standard packaging consists of individual poly bags and export cartons, with no Dingchuang branding. Custom packaging, labels, hangtags, and other accessories can be sourced according to your brand requirements.
Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% balance payable upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For international orders, we support FOB terms and can also arrange delivery directly to your designated warehouse. Specific shipping arrangements can be discussed based on the destination and order requirements.
Yes. For first-time cooperation, a refundable deposit is required for existing garment samples and will be returned once the sample is sent back to us. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. For custom-developed samples that do not proceed to bulk production, a sampling fee will apply. Custom sample development typically takes around 15 days.
Absolutely. Custom development is one of our core strengths. We can work from your tech packs, reference samples, or design concepts and customize yarn composition, yarn count, color, garment weight, sizing, knitting construction, brushing, and finishing to meet your technical and aesthetic requirements.
