During the cutting and linking phases, operators match the panels stitch-by-stitch to ensure the horizontal lines continue seamlessly around the body and across the armholes.

A wavy surface occurs when different colored yarns shrink at different rates during washing. We prevent this "corrugated" effect by testing the specific shrinkage of every dye lot.
